Product Description:

Crafted from high-quality implant grade titanium, this gemmed internally threaded labret is perfect for a variety of piercings including helix, lobe, tragus, labret, bites, lip, and philtrum. Its durable and hypoallergenic design ensures safe and comfortable wear for everyday use.

All measurements are approximate:

  • The gems measure 3mm in diameter and is internally threaded
  • The back disc is 4mm and is fixed 

Please note that the threading for the 18g ends for this labret design are not compatible with all internally threaded 18g pieces from other manufacturers.  The 16g should be compatible with most other 16g internally threaded pieces

Beautiful jewelry but if you use it as a philitrum piece then you constantly have to retighten it or else the gem will fall out. I've bought 5 and despite daily tightening I'm down to my last piece.
