This was just exactly as pictures. It works with most threaded ends (tried a Body Gems, Neometal and Anatometal brand end and had success). However it didn't work with a BVLA end I have.

Love them. They fit super well, the balls are very easy to screw and unscrew. Only gripe is that the dark purple color add-on I ordered on one of the balls seems like it's totally worn off so it's just a dark grey now. It's not super noticeable unless you're up close to my face though. Wish I could do half stars so I could rate it 4.5/5. Solid choice of labret.

YAY!!!! i am so happy for this. turns out this size is great for my philtrum - i have thick/big lips, and it turns out this length is perfect so it doesn't rub against my gums but also doesn't stick out from my cupid's bow. worked great with the multiple internally threaded pieces i bought. :D
