Verified purchase 16g 5/16"
These are so reliable! I have 3 of them now, one in my nose, and 1 in each ear. I have 7/32 in my nose right now and it fits perfectly, and I have 5/16 in my ears, which is a little too big. Just bought some more at 1/4, so hopefully they fit better. Super good quality and my jewelry stays perfectly! Couldn't recommend enough!

Worth every penny. Trust neometal and needed threadless posts for my snakebite lip piercings and worked out wonderfully. Sits nicely and very comfortable and no sharp edges! Quality > quantity!

Customer Questions & Answers

Question: Can the 18g5.16 fit a 2mm top on it?
Answer: Yes they can :)

Question: Do Neometal threadless posts work with other brands' threadless tops? And how about the other way around: can you use Neometal tops with other brand's posts? My Neometal tops from the piercer seem to work only with Neometal posts.
Answer: Hey there, Under the description it has the threadless ends that should be compatible with this threadless labret post: https://bodyartforms.com/products.asp?jewelry=balls&threading=Threadless As for your second questions, it depends if the barbells or labret post are compatible with the ends. We do list on our product listing if they are compatiblr with certain ends or post :)

Question: What size end fits a 14g post?
Answer: Hi there! We have a link on the product page that takes you to all compatible threadless ends, as well as a article on how threadless jewelry works under the product photo. If you need further assistance please just let us know :)

Question: Will the 12g post hold a 18g threadless end?
Answer: Hi there! If a post is marked as threadless, than pretty much any threadless end will work regardless of the gauge of the post or brand of post. This is why all threadless ends are marked as threadless instead of a gauge. There are a few ends sparkled throughout the website where this rule does not apply and needs to be worn with a specific brand post. We do mark those in the product description.
