Please keep in mind that 16g measures 1.2mm in diameter, 14g measures 1.6mm in diameter and 12g measures 2mm in diameter. If you pick an end that is the same as the gauge of the labret or smaller, it can pull through your piercing. If you are after the smallest size possible, we recommend choosing ends that are 0.5mm-1.0mm larger than the gauge of the labret.
