Good piece of jewerly, I used it to stretch my medusa. Smooth surface, no sharp edges at all. I wear it without orings, the jewerly itself need no extra support for me. However I ordered my jewerly with 11mm length, ended up with 13mm length when I received it, so a bit too long for me. I think the total length in this case is actually the "wearable" length.

Very convenient for concealing ear piercings, probably wouldn't recommend if o-rings being shown isn't okay with your level of concealment you need.

Very well made high polished glass. I bought it for lacrosse training bc we can't wear earrings in the games. It's almost invisible when I wear it. However, the 12 mm is way too long for my earlobe (my fault though). If you don't have a very thick earlobe I recommend getting a 9 mm one.

This was a great alternative for hiding a nostril piercing, unfortunately the oils and sweat from the day would get trapped underneath it and it would look really white and kind of gross by the end of the day. The flare was also bigger than I expected, so it was pretty obvious that something was in my nose. It'll do in a pinch, but I wouldn't recommend it for a long-term retainer for a nostril piercing.
