Custom order a titanium, implant-grade forward-facing barbell with your choice of synthetic gemstones, synthetic opals, or stones. This barbell is perfect for bridge, nipple, or industrial piercings.

  • Both end can be removed and are design to only fit the Neometal threadless barbells.
  • 4.5mm ends have a 3mm gem
  • 5.5mm ends have a 4mm gem
  • 7mm ends have a 5mm gem
  • NO custom lengths or gem sizes.

Adore these. I ordered a pair of 14g 1/2" in golden yellow with black gems. The gems are evenly set into the bezels, and the threadless bars came straight but are very easy to bend. For anyone unfamiliar with threadless jewelry, it doesn't take much bending at all to get them secure. The golden yellow anodization matches perfectly with the golden yellow from Invictus jewelry, too.

It looks even better irl! The opals are stunning and definitely not cheap-looking. Had to bend the posts a bit, but it was super easy. 100% worth the money tbh. Can't wait to wear these in my body <3

Beautiful and completely hypoallergenic!! Sooo worth the money, I'm super happy that there was an industrial bar length available. My industrial was about 6 months old at this photo and as you can see the piercing is very happy! The 4mm front-facing gems were the perfect size. I got rose gold anodized titanium with bubblegum opal, and it shines a beautiful green in the light, I highly reccomend it!

I custom ordered a pair of these for my nipples, and I love them! I was hesitant about the disc shaped ends at first, but they actually lay really flat and comfortably against my skin, and they are less outwardly apparent through clothing that typical ball ends. The London blue gem is a really beautiful color. And of course they're press-fit threadless ends, which is the best system ever, so I love that. They came perfectly pre-bent; no adjustments necessary. I highly recommend these!
