The heart end is so cute! I'm not sure if this is even fixable, but the way mine was threaded made it so that when it was fully tightened, it was turned sideways. This wouldn't be an issue on a labret or a straight barbell, but it looks a little bit funky when it's on top of a navel piercing or rook. Overall, it's a well-made product, but I wouldn't recommend it if you need it to be oriented a certain way.

I guess I envisioned the 3.5mm star to be sliiiightly bigger than it is. It still looks cute in the lobe (would be adorable as a flat piercing), but I wish there was an option for a size bigger too. I'll probably purchase a couple of these to have on hand when I'm not feeling the simple silver ball look, but still want a basic & cohesive piece to fill the space.
