This thing is brilliant. I have tiny hands and I simply can't get balls screwed into the back of my helix to save my life. This tool may be marketed for ball removal but where it shines at least for me is ball installation. I'm finally wearing jewelry in my helix with a 3mm ball on the back and it's because of this little guy. So if you struggle like I do don't even think twice.

Question: Can this be used to screw them on as well?
Answer: Hi there! Yes, these can be used for both screwing ball ends on and off :)
Question: Does this only work with ball ends or spike/other ends as well?
Answer: Hey there, Unfortunately it does not work with spike ends. For other ends a ball or bezel set end will make contact on both the circumference and the area opposite the threading. :)
Question: I see it has two ends/sides are both ends/sides the same size or is one smaller?
Answer: Hi there! We sell two sizes, one fits 3mm ends on one side and 4mm on the other side, and one fits 5mm ends on one side a 6mm on the other side :)
Question: Does this work for flat threaded ends?
