The gems in these tend to pop off, but you can just put it back with a little glue. I wouldn't wear it every day, but I do when I'm looking for something different.

Honestly I wasn't expecting to even be able to use these since it's been so long since I've worn anything in my double nostrils but these popped right in without hassle and are soooooo pretty!

At the price these are I didn't have much hope for them, but I actually really like them. I bought two to match a clicker I have but I think I like these more than the clicker. Time will tell if they hold up but the "opals" look ok, and the metal doesn't look as cheap as some other low-end nosescrews I have bought in the past.
