Please note: Genuine opals are very porous, their color and polish will be affected if they are soaked or submerged in water. Do not expose them to harsh cleansers, abrasive chemicals, acids, oils or ultrasonic cleaning. To clean your opal, rub gently with a soft cloth; if needed you can also rinse the opal in room-temperature water to remove any accumulated debris and then rub dry immediately.
