This is absolutely wonderful and helped me so much. I was gunned with a 20g and my piercing had always been really bad, always oozing etc because of the quality of the jewelry I was wearing. After two days with this in, even as a fresh stretch, my piercing was immensely better and felt wonderful. The o rings stay on very well but are obviously very easy to lose. when you take them off, i recommend putting them on a dark, flat surface so they're easier to see.
