I ordered 3/8" needed a longer length for my lip piercing. there's still some room but a 18g/16g clear o-ring solves the problem.

Bought this to conceal my monroe piercing. I wore it with the disc inside my mouth and the ball end on the outside. it didn't make the piercing invisible but it certainly made it less obvious. I sometimes had to put a clear o-ring to have a more snug fit. I believe they include the appropriate sized clear o-rings with the product which are very helpful if the jewelry is a little loose fitting

The most perfect jewelry for concealing nostril piercing. well, at least making them less obvious. I put a bit of a nude nail polish on the disc ends and it took days before friends noticed I had my nostrils pierced. but DO NOT apply nail polish on the jewelry if your piercings are not healed.
