I am absolutely in love with these. They're a nice petite size, but they're still very obviously stars. They're comfortable and my only complaint is that the post before the curve is a little lengthy, however I have a small nose so it may just be me. These are my everyday nose pieces and I definitely recommend them.

I really like these. The star isn't too big, it's just the right size. I also like that the screw is not as wide as some of my other nose screws so it's a bit more comfortable to get in and out.

I use these for my ear piercings through the cartilage, and they work very well. They don't get tangled in my hair, but I have to use tiny O-rings to keep them from twisting out while I sleep.
