These threaded discs allow you to attach other threaded ends onto them for forward facing jewelry. The one end threads onto any 14g internally threaded jewelry post. The threaded hole in the center allows ends to be interchangeable.

Each threaded disc measures approximately 4mm and will only work with other 14g internally threaded jewelry.

Used these for my nipple piercings, so I can put some flat gem ends I had. I put a gem on each side of these and they were the same size as the disc so it looked pretty seamless. Warning that if you put a flatter end on there (like a flat gem or disk) you might have a hard time taking them off.

Good idea. But the threading doesn't allow for the ends to sit straight forward when they are tight you have to loosen them to sit nicely facing forward. For my septum it doesn't work to have the "beads" on an angle. But the quality is good for the price.
