Works really well for me! It fits very comfortably in my nose, I don't feel it at all. It wasn't difficult to get in, and I have had absolutely 0 issues with it falling out. It doesn't get caught on stuff easily, and if it does it doesn't hurt. Very worth it for a healing and irritated nose piercing :)

I don't know why all nostril jewellery is so long, this takes up the whole inside of my nose. I usually were a 1/4" labret in my nostril. This is beautiful and high quality, but I wish there were shorter options!

Most nose screws have never worked for me. They're either too big and poke the inside of my nose, or twist around and the tail hangs out my nose (the dreaded metal booger). I gave this one a shot because it's hard to come by 16g nostril jewelry that isn't a ring, and I like the simple style of these. It works well for me. It's comfortable and the screw doesn't wind up hanging out of my nose. The titanium has a nice shine, I love the anodized color, and I like the subtlety of the small dome when I want a break from my usual clicker.
