Item is as pictured on the website. The prongs often get caught on fibrous items such as knit blankets or knit beanies. However. I think this is characteristic of any pronged gem. I am currently wearing the gem in a stacked lobe. I have been wearing this gem for about 3 months and have no complaints about the overall quality. I have actually ordered another one to even out my other stacked lobe piercings.

I got the AB colour anodized gold and it's very pretty, the 2mm size fits perfectly on my tragus. I would recommend this to someone who wants a change from CZ gems.
