This piece is absolutely gorgeous. It looks so good in my tragus! It's the perfect size as well. I only gave this four stars because the ring moves when I sleep, and the diamond portion gets stuck in my ear and it gets irritated. Might have to buy an O-ring or something. Other than that I love it
