I love these little captive beads. They were a pain to get in without the spreader tool because the ball was so tiny on the size I bought (my fault, not theirs). Its a beautiful bead tho and catches the light every so often. I used them in my second hole and haven't taken them off since.

This is really pretty but it chipped and faded almost immediately, smelling really strongly of cheap metal and irritating my nose like you wouldn't believe! I'm going to try it now that I've sized up with a silicone tunnel...but I wouldn't recommend wearing it by itself.

3/8" was out of stock so I figured I would try this size (5/16") for my septum - no, just no. Not even close! But it does look pretty cute and decent quality so I will definitely be ordering the 3/8" when it comes back in stock. The gem end is cute and daintier than expected and the gold color is spot-on.

I got two of these, one for each ear cartilage. Both began to lose their outer plating about 4-5 weeks after insertion. When it began to wear off, it began to irritate my ears significantly. I had to remove them and replace with some old rings. The good news is that I was able to use the jeweled beads with my old rings and they look and wear great!

Great captive, the gem is nice quality and stable. Lasted a long time, after almost a year of continuous wear, in a cartilage, the gold coating did start to wear off but that is the only issue I have had with these. They are definitely worth the price. Will buy more.

Got this because I thought it was a cute septum ring and whatnot. But after about a month of daily use the gold color wore out of the ring and it was left looking discolored. It was affordable enough for it to not matter though. As far as comfort goes, it's just as comfortable as any captive I've used. The bead is a little hard to get in and out but that was fixed with a pair of pliers.

After about a month of wear in my septum a good amount of the gold plating on the wearable area has worn away. I had to take this to my piercer to get it in and looks like I'll be going back to get it removed as well. It's too bad because this piece looked supercute while it lasted. :(

THIS IS SO BEAUTIFUL! The ring is really tight and the edges are quite sharp so I suggest having a piercer put it in for you, or if you have ring opening/closing pliers you're going to need those. Otherwise, an amazing piece for the price.
