I LOVE this little ring. It is so comfortable, when I flip it up I do not feel it at all. I like that because I have a 16g ring, it is kinda delicate even in the pointiness. I don't use the orings because it is a pain to do so inside of my nose, but I have only had it fall out once when I was wiping my nose a little aggressively.

got mine witrh a 7/16" diameter. i had gotten 1/2" before and it was too large. this size fits my nose perfectly. BCD is a nice high quality. and the shape of this cresant is very nice :)
