I previously bought this pincher premade and discounted when my septum was smaller, and I'm glad I came back for a custom order piece at my goal size :) As far as steel pinchers go, this may be pricey but it's definitely worth it! The polish is perfect and the ends taper off to a sharp point, which I prefer over the more rounded pincher ends. It's also more of a half moon than a full circle crescent shape. The small diameter options are a huge plus, because it's hard to find larger gauge jewelry under 1/2 inch. I'd especially recommend this if you have any philtrum piercings and want a septum piece that won't crowd the upper lip.

I LOVE this little ring. It is so comfortable, when I flip it up I do not feel it at all. I like that because I have a 16g ring, it is kinda delicate even in the pointiness. I don't use the orings because it is a pain to do so inside of my nose, but I have only had it fall out once when I was wiping my nose a little aggressively.

This crescent has to be my favorite out of all the ones I've used. It is worth the wait of getting it pre-ordered!

got mine witrh a 7/16" diameter. i had gotten 1/2" before and it was too large. this size fits my nose perfectly. BCD is a nice high quality. and the shape of this cresant is very nice :)

This is a beautiful, high quality piece. Unfortunatly the diameter I ordered was larger on my nose than I thought it would be. But the jewelry itself is amazing!
