Not much to say that I haven't about the smaller sizes. Only downside is o rings are mad uncomfortable, but that's less a problem with the pincher and more an issue with o rings.

This is such a beautiful simple piece in clear in my septum at 1gauge(7mm) it's the correct size and I'm ready to order in a 0gauge(8mm) apparently their hit or miss but when they hit they really do hit. I would have to agree with our much they hit if they do hit.
