So far the only pincher I've found that has a small diameter for the larger sizes(thickness). Cheap, smooth, super lightweight, and the wood smells really good!

I love this jewelry. The only bad thing is that it gets very very dry. I would not recommend long term wear, like others have stated in their reviews this thing is porous. I remember wearing it on one occasion and when I was trying to take out the piece it felt like it was stuck in my nose. I literally had to lube it up to remove the jewelry. I haven't worn it for a while and it looks very dry. But it is such a beautiful septum ring. I love how short the jewelry is, unlike a lot of my other pieces this one does not hang low!

I really like this piece!! I use coconut oil to reshine it when it starts to get dull. Maybe not ideal for long term septum wear due to the porous nature, but it's a very nice piece
