The bead on these is just that, a bead. It's not dimpled, the hole is straight through. It's a great piece but that threw me off.

By far my favorite captive bead rings, bead stay out, but is still easy to put in and out. Color is beautiful, all around high quality jewelry. This is second time I am buying these rings other are a few years old and still held their color.

Originally bought a 12g 5/16" Coffee, but wanted a back up for times when I think I lost it. However, I went a bit overzealous with the diameter. I find it a bit uncomfortable to wear generally, so it is just an emergency back up and does not get much. The ball is easier to get in that other captive rings but I still don't use the balls

It's really easy to get the captive bead on and off although the material used for the ring it's self is not the best. It's still great and for the price it's worth it, even just getting it for the captive bead is worth it.

Good quality metal but it is almost impossible to close. May be because I'm not strong enough though.

The insertion gap is small which made putting these in my nipples tricky, luckily I have small nipples. Great quality for the price and the balls are easy to put in

I love these, they're so much easier to work with than traditional metal ball captives. Can't complain at all.

Rubber ball comes off and on super easy. Had to open it some to get it to fit and the ring was easily scratched. I'm not sure if it was the titanium quality or because of the pliers. Still wearable with the scratches. Great bronze color.
