I bought this to wearnin my fresh vertical labret and everything about it is perfect. The size is great, the opal is just flashy enough without being too gaudy, and it tightened into the post very nicely and secure. I also love that it's as flat as it is because it minimizes the contact it has with my upper lip when my mouth is closed. Absolutely would recommend!

These are so pretty! I recently got a second one and now have a perfectly matching pair that I wear in my nostrils. I earlier wrote that the threading didn't fit Anatometal labrets but I was apparently wrong, I am currently wearing them in Anato labrets.
