I love these, I got the slightly larger size after reading some reviews that the smaller size was too tight a fit, and the 9/16"s fit very well with a little bit of room to spare. The only downside is that sometimes when I wear these with a bra, the prongs catch on the inside of the cups and can cause a painful yank if I don't check that everything's separate before taking off my bra.

These look great but are tragically way to narrow for my nipples. Unless your nipples are smaller than dimes you are going to have a tight fit.
