Very nice looking, and nice smooth polish on the wood makes them shiny and slick, much easier to get in and out than most wood jewelry and doesn't cause that dryness and sticking to the lobe. The brass inlay will tarnish a bit over time but I personally like that look so it's no big deal to me. The metal doesn't actually touch your ear at all so probably shouldn't cause sensitivity issues either.

These plugs are gorgeous. I was worried they might look "cheap" but boy was I wrong. They do run a hair big so I hit the with H2Ocean before I put them in and the slide right in.

These are my first pair of wooden plugs and they're definitely different. For one, they're a little difficult to get in, I've had my ears stretched to 00g for 3 years now and still find that my ears get a little bit tight, and these do not help with that. But with that being said, after getting them in, they're very comfortable and they're beautiful and so lightweight

The brass tarnished really quickly and is hard to polish. For whatever reason my ears don't like the wood either. I've tried cleaning them and oiling them, but consistently with these plugs my ears get irritated.
