This will go into your bioplast labret (or whatever piece you have) and will allow you to wear generic threaded ends on it! So you're not stuck with having to buy only bioplast compatible ends with this piece. Be careful, it's SMALL and can get dropped/lost easily.

From the description and the other reviews, I expected this to be small, but I really wasn't expecting it to be THAT small. I almost didn't see it in my bag. It's a little tricky to remove, since it's so small and it fits very snugly, but it does it's job and I'm very happy with it.

This is fantastic! I have a cartilage piercing in my helix that is very... grouchy. I can only really keep bioplast labrets in it, so having this thread converter allows me to use the old balls that I have to give a different look now and then.

This is my second time buying one of these. They're great for making a quick change from retainer to stud. The only thing I've noticed is that they're VERY easy to lose.

Fits really tightly on my labrets. A little tough to thread beads onto them, especially all the way. These are unbelievably tiny, too. Just be careful with them and they'll make your piercing look great.

I got two of these to use with my bioplast labret retainers, and I have to say I love them. It's the most genius little thing, I can't believe I didn't think of this! All I had to do was pop the threaded converter into the labret post, screw on my extra balls, and viola! The only tip I have, is that if you're prone to losing small items, leave these screwed into the balls you're using with with it.

This is great! A little concerned that the ball I used didn't screw onto the thread the entire way but I know the ball has a short thread on the inside of it. A tad hard to push into the labret but hey at least I know it's going to stay!
