One of my favourite pieces for my septum and I get a bunch of compliments when I wear it out. I use an o-ring to keep it from shifting to the side. I was slightly worried about the height but it fit well.

I absolutely LOVE this ring and it has easily become one of my favorite pieces in the short time I've had it. It fits comfortably and tight to my nose which is exactly how I like my jewelry. Make sure before you purchase it that you check to see if the size of the ring will work for your nose because it could potentially be too small for you. I honestly couldn't recommend this piece enough!
