I've never worn a curved nostril post before so I bought this because I figured even if the base post doesn't work for me, I would at least have a fun threadless top. Unfortunately, the size of the post is just large enough to be uncomfortable in my nose. The gem, however, is beautiful and a surprisingly nice change from a basic CZ gem. Not a wasted purchase, but I do wish the post worked for me!
