It has a light, not too-greasy consistency and makes my tattoo look brand new!

I've tried so many different aftercare products: A&D, aquaphor, lubriderm, cocoa butter, hustle butter… this is my favorite. It layers super thin, is non-greasy and transfers the least onto clothing because it soaks in more than it sits on top of the skin. It's one of the cheaper options as well. Love that it can be used on a fresh tattoo instead of having to switch products, and also good for healed work. The one downside is the small size but it's not even close to a dealbreaker for me, especially since a little goes a long way. All hail tattoo goo!

I used it on my fresh tattoo as well as on my older ones to keep the color nice and deep and I must say it works really well. Doesn't feel as greasy as some other tattoo balms I tried, sinks in fast, easy to apply, nice smell

I've had this in the past for an old tattoo, and so I got some again in anticipation of another tattoo. The trick is to use it *sparingly* on a freshly washed tattoo. Rub it in and let it soothe the itch. That's it. It managed to calm the crazy itchiness and made it possible to leave the tattoo in peace to heal.

I had very small lettering done on the top of my foot and it was itching like crazy! This Goo was fabulous and I didn't have to get my tattoo touched up even though it was such fine lettering (and not to mention the wear and tear of shoes whilst it healed). Since it seems that some people have reactions to the goo, I would suggest spot testing before slathering it all over your new tat. Also works great as a lip balm; I keep it in my car.

I love my Tattoo Goo more than anything else I've EVER tried for tattoo aftercare. It's natural ingredients work perfectly to keep my ink vibrant, moisturized and happy. I will not use anything else. Ever. I am on my 2nd .75oz tin. I saw that it was out of stock just before I "misplaced" mine for a day or two. I nearly had a panic attack. Foreal. I'm glad I found mine because I'd hate to have to buy it anywhere else (almost). If you love your tattoos, goo them up!

I read the reviews below and some people strongly advise you not to use it but I guess everyone's skin reacts differently because this stuff works great for me. I used it for the first 2 weeks after getting half of my sleeve done and it sped up the healing time and moisturized my tattoos greatly. So I guess I would recommend trying it on a small tattoo/small portion of your tattoo first and see how you react. I hope it comes back in stock soon!

DO NOT, i repeat DO NOT use this stuff. I tried it for the first time when I got my hand tattooed. It caused ALOT of irritation and heavy scabbing. I would NEVER recommend this product to anyone.
