Unfortunately, I couldn't make this work. Bought for helix. Ring fit in fine but couldn't get the dang abalone shell piece in and get it to stick. I had to minorly loosen the ring to get it out to begin with. Nothing wrong with the actual piece, honestly, I just have low finger strength and I couldn't squish it back. Was gorgeous in person and if you have a friend or professional help you install it, I imagine it would be okay.

My only complaint about this is that it's hard to get the leaf to snap into the loop. Overall it's cute! But I struggle to put it on each time.
