Really awkward size and length for stretched lobes without more information given as they are much heavier at the closure end so are constantly shifting around. You can run another piece of jewelry through the twisted end to keep them hanging vertically - at least that is the best way I have found, which defeats the whole punk look of the piece.

Haven't gotten much wear out of these as they are too narrow to dangle vertically or even be kept straight through a tunnel jewelry. Would also have been nice to know what gauge the shiny thick top of the "Pin" is to know if they could be worn like other hanging designs and for what size stretched lobes they would fit.
