My first pair of Mayan plugs, wasn't sure if they'd work for me but wanted to try a different look. Plus I really like the look of flat faced stone plugs. The pair I got is beautiful, very similar in quality, base color and amount of flash to my other Oracle moonstone plugs. I was hoping the lip of the Mayan flare would be more flush with my lobes, but everyone is different and moonstone is soft enough I was able to grade the angle of the flares to make the plugs sit more flush. Wearing an o-ring on the back flare also helps with this.
