All measurements are approximate:

Small has a 3mm top gem, 2mm bottom gems and two 1.5mm side gems (works with 18g-14g)
Large has a 4mm top gem, 3mm bottom gems and two 2mm sides gems (works with 16g-12g)
Opals and stones are not available for 1.5mm.
