This custom order titanium 7HC haute couture bijoux captive bead features implant-grade titanium paired with vibrant synthetic gemstones and opals. Designed for those who appreciate quality, these ends seamlessly blend beauty with practicality.

All measurements are approximate:

Small - has a 2mm center with three1.5mm gems cluster on either side of the center gem (works with 18g and 16g)
Medium - has a 3mm center with three1.5mm gems cluster on either side of the center gem (works with 18g-14g)
Large - has a 4mm center with three 2.5mm gems cluster on either side of the center gem (works with 16g-12g)
Opals and stones are not available for 1.5mm.
