Perfect for my vertical labret, I have an upcoming surgery and I ordered a different eyebrow retainer but they emailed me right away mentioning that they had miscounted and it was actually not in stock. They let me pick another one to be sent out and gave me an option for a refund or store credit, the piece came in about 2 days after my original items came in, just in time for surgery, and it's lovely!
